Registration Fee Payments via Credit Card.  Registration fees for non-local, international participants include all hotel costs, all dinners, lunches, coffee breaks and the excursion.

Please note that you will also need to register for the conference via the registration module. When registering please pay special attention to

• correctly enter the VAT number and adress of your institution if you need an invoice
• correctly enter your dpearture and arrivale date. If the arrival date is before May 4 and the departure day is after May 8, we will assume that you want to stay at the conference hotel for additional nights and make a respective reservation. You will need to cover the costs for extra nights at the hotel yourself. 
• correctly enter the number of accompanying persons, if this is > 0, we will assume that a person/persons not participating at the conference will be accompanying you. In this case, the difference between a single and a double/triple room needs to be covered at the hotel by yourself.

Please note that you will not automatically receive a dedicated email with a payment confirmation upon paying via the credit card payment system. Should your payment not have been received you will be informed by us. Simple receipts and invoices will be issued as we approach the conference dates. 

Cancellation Policy 

For cancellations after March 20, we will need to charge 100 EUR for international participants and 30 for local participants.

Researchers living in or around Heraklion!

Registration fees for local participants exclude hotel costs and dinners at the hotel. This is for researchers working on the island of Crete only! If you are an international participant but want to register as a local participant because you are staying with friends or family on Crete, this requires explicit written prior permission via email to stamatak@ics.forth.gr
